Shipping Policy
At The Pilgrim Letters, each letter and keepsake is mailed with care, prayer, and a pilgrim’s attention to detail. We want every delivery to arrive safely and on time, carrying the beauty and spirit of the journey right to your mailbox.
Shipping Rates
Letters (U.S.): shipping is included.
Keepsake chests & other physical items: shipping is calculated at checkout (varies by destination).
International letters: shipping is shown at checkout.
Mailing of Letters
Your first letters will be mailed within 3 business days. This first delivery travels through USPS.
If you’ve chosen a keepsake chest and letter subscription, your first letter will be tucked inside your keepsake chest.
All remaining letters are mailed through regular USPS mail, faithfully sent on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month.
- U.S. delivery typically takes up to two weeks after mailing.
- International delivery may take up to six weeks.

Mailing of Other Products
Physical products, such as keepsake chests, are typically shipped within 3–5 business days of your order. During seasons of high volume, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and shipping.
International Shipping
We are honored to send The Pilgrim Letters to fellow pilgrims across the world. We currently ship to any country listed on the official USPS index of eligible destinations. Delivery times vary, International delivery may take up to 6 weeks.
Carrier Information
All letters and products are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Resending Letters
While we take great care with each mailing, we know that postal journeys can sometimes go astray. To ensure the smoothest delivery, please double-check your mailing address at checkout and notify us promptly if you move.
If a letter cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or outdated address, we will gladly resend one letter at no cost. Additional resends may be requested at $5 (U.S.) per letter or $7(US) per letter (international).
If you move, please contact us at support@thepilgrimletters.com so we may update your subscription record. Notifying your local post office will not update your subscription address with us.
For prepaid subscribers, additional resends beyond the first complimentary one are available for $5 (US) per letter or $7 (US) per letter (international).
For monthly subscribers, payments will continue until all 12 installments are complete. If extra letters are needed beyond those payments, resends are available at the same rate.
If a letter arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will resend it at no cost. Letters lost or discarded through customer error can be resent at the standard resend rate.
Changing Your Series
If you wish to transfer to a different pilgrimage series, you may do so within 60 days of your start date.
A small fee of $5 per letter (U.S.) or $7 per letter (international) applies for letters already sent or processed. After 60 days, pilgrimage changes are no longer available.
Refunds for Series Redemption Codes
Refunds for unused redemption codes are available within 60 days of purchase.
Once a code has been redeemed and your pilgrimage has begun, it cannot be refunded.
Refunds are issued for the value of the subscription, less the cost of any included keepsake chest or chest that is not returned. To receive a refund, both the unused code and any included keepsake chest must be returned in their original condition.
