Refunds and Returns Policy

At The Pilgrim Letters, we want you to be fully at peace with your subscription or purchase. Each letter and product is created with care, prayer, and a desire to enrich your journey of faith. This policy explains the guarantees we offer, the timeframes for returns and refunds, and how we honor your trust in us.

Monthly Subscriptions

Your pilgrimage should begin with joy and assurance. For monthly subscriptions, we offer a 45-day full refund guarantee. If, within the first forty five days of the initial purchase date of your first letter, you feel that The Pilgrim Letters is not the right path for you, simply contact us for a full refund (less shipping/postage fee) no questions asked.

After the thirty-day period, your subscription will continue as scheduled. Refunds are no longer available beyond this timeframe, but every remaining letter will still be mailed to complete your series as has been paid through. (Note subscription cancelation information can be found **here**

Prepaid Subscriptions

For those who choose to journey with us through a prepaid subscription, we offer a prorated refund (less postage/shipping fee) within sixty days of your start date. After sixty days, refunds are no longer available, and your remaining letters will continue to arrive as planned, ensuring your series is completed in full.

Physical Products

For other items, such as keepsake chests, we offer a 60-day full refund guarantee. If something you receive does not meet your expectations or inspire you as intended, you may return it within sixty days for a full refund of the purchase price.

Returned items should be in their original condition. Detailed return mailing instructions are provided with acceptance correspondence of requests. Once items are physically received, your refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Postage and Shipping Fee Information

Our products and services are sent directly to your mailbox and as such the cost to do that portion is non-refundable once begun by the USPS. We pledge to only include in the postage/shipping fee the actual cost we incurred with your specific order. Since these costs vary by location both domestically and internationally, we cannot guarantee the exact amount to each individual customer.

How to Request a Refund or Return

Refunds are typically processed within ten (10) business days of approval, though your payment provider may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Exceptions

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Requests made outside the 30-day or 60-day timeframes described above cannot be honored.
